Cut Phase (Tesofensine + 5-Amino-1MQ)

Fat loss

Components

Rationale

The non-incretin cutting pair: tesofensine (triple reuptake inhibitor, ~10–12% weight loss in phase 2 at 0.5 mg) suppresses appetite through monoamines while 5-amino-1MQ (NNMT inhibitor) is aimed at metabolic rate/fat oxidation. Community use: 4–8 week aggressive cuts.

Evidence level

Tesofensine has real (if dated and modest) human trial data; 5-amino-1MQ is essentially preclinical. The pair is a mechanistic story, not a studied combination. Against modern incretins, both are outclassed on efficacy and evidence.

Caution

This is the stimulant-flavored corner of the cutting world: insomnia, anxiety, blood pressure. Tesofensine's psychiatric side-effect profile is precisely why it was never approved. The combination stacks two unsanctioned compounds where monitoring would be mandatory if it were medicine.
