Gut Repair Trio (BPC-157 + KPV + LL-37)

Gut

Components

Rationale

The gut-focused recovery stack: BPC-157 (gastric-juice-derived peptide with rodent gut-healing data, taken orally as arginate in this context), KPV (anti-inflammatory melanocortin fragment, oral-first routing), and LL-37 (antimicrobial peptide, topical/local rationale). Each targets a different layer: mucosal healing, inflammation, microbial balance.

Evidence level

BPC-157's gut data is rodent-only; KPV's is preclinical with thin human work; LL-37's best data is dermal. For intestinal permeability and IBS-type complaints, the evidence-anchored interventions (dietary, fiber, tested probiotics) outrank this stack by an order of magnitude.

Caution

Oral BPC arginate bioavailability is unvalidated; self-treating gut symptoms with research peptides delays diagnosis of things that need diagnosis. Persistent GI symptoms deserve a workup, not a vial.
