Recomp Classic (GLP-1 + CJC no-DAC + Ipamorelin)

Muscle

Components

Rationale

The budget version of the recomp stack: a weekly incretin carries the fat loss while the pulsatile GHRH + GHRP pair (Mod GRF + ipamorelin) is used to defend GH output — and with it, lean mass — during the deficit. Simpler, cheaper and more protocolized than the five-component version.

Evidence level

Semaglutide: strong human evidence for weight loss. Mod GRF + ipamorelin: synergistic GH release is supported by endocrine physiology and small studies, but no trial has tested the triad for body composition. The lean-mass-preservation claim is plausible, unproven.

Caution

The incretin's GI load plus nightly injections is a compliance stack in itself. Appetite suppression from the GLP-1 can make the GH-secretagogue timing (often fasted, pre-bed) awkward. IGF-1 should be monitored if GH-axis agents run continuously.
